The system tracks every style against its order quantity and wastage allowance, automatically calculating total required quantities and flagging shortages before they disrupt a shipment. Officers can log in-house stock, forecast stationery demand based on active production volume, and generate printable trims ledgers for the factory floor. Role-based access keeps the ledger accurate: store officers have full control, while merchandisers and managers get read-only visibility plus style-specific discussion threads to coordinate without leaving the tool.

Built on Base44, the platform is designed for the realities of apparel manufacturing — multiple buyers, dynamic size breakdowns from adult (S/M/L/XL/XXL) to toddler (2T/3T/4T), and up to ten production lines running in parallel.
